There are two ways to upload more than one contact to the same account from a CSV.

Option 1: For up to 2 Contacts in an Account


Both contacts are in the same row, with a number denoting contact 1 and contact 2. When uploading the CSV, you would map the second contact to the options under "Second Contact Details" under "Available CRM Fields"."

Option 2: For 2 or more Contacts in an Account

Each contact is in their own row. But now using an additional column called "ConnectedTo", we can connect the rest of the contacts to one contact, and have them upload to one account. Please note that under the ConnectedTo column, both First and Last Name are in one cell.

When uploading the CSV, you would map the ConnectedTo column to "ConnectedTo" listed under "Contact Details" under "Available CRM Fields".
