As an Admin of your AddressTwo Account there are many options to customize your CRM to work for your company.

Below we will go over specifically what the "Settings" options are under your account.


But First, to access "Settings" you must first have the "User Permission" Level of Administrator.  If you do not and need to make

a some "Settings" Changes to your account please contact your account Admin.  More than likely it is the person who first set up your account.


As an Admin Start by clicking on the gear button:


Next, The "Settings" Dashboard is in the Account Admin Section Here:




Below are the brief descriptions of each "Setting" Area.


  1. "Remove Google Mapping" - This is added in for your calendar feature inside of AddressTwo.  Clicking on "Remove Google Mapping" is if you want to un-sync your google calendar with AddressTwo.  The main reason for possibly needed to do this is if you have logged into mulitple google accounts and AddressTwo and the correct google account you want sync'd with the CRM system are no longer syncing you would want to click on this then resync the accounts.  You may also want to completely log out of ALL google accounts before performing this.
  2. "Daily Task List" - This feature is defaulted to "On" and this determines if you would like to receive your daily tasks list from Addy every day.  Most people prefer to get this email every morning.  A select few power users who know for sure they are in the system everyday can choose to not get the email and will work directly inside the CRM may choose to have this email not be sent by toggling the feature off.
  3. "Auto Opt In" - Clicked ON by Default - This determines the default subscribe status when any new contact email address is entered, either manually or through the Addy BCC Feature.
  4. "Unsubscribe by Email Type" - This is a newer feature inside of AddressTwo.com - this feature allows you to further segment down your email marketing lists and allows the recipient to choose which list in your email marketing campaigns to remain on.
  5. "Quickbooks" - Sync your Quickbooks feature allows you to Sync Customer information to Quickbooks and view your invoices.
  6. "Outlook" - Sync your outlook 365 exchange server based emails with AddressTwo - Here's a quick video on how this feature works: Outlook 365 CRM Sync.
  7. "Dropbox" - Not a fan of google drive?  Or have to much stuff already in google drive?  By default all accounts have the ability to attach documents to them via google drive but if you prefer or have a "dirty" google drive account maybe dropbox would work better for you.
  8. "Change Language" - AddressTwo currently offers both English and French choices in the CRM.
  9. "Subscription Option" - Manage things like memberships or subscriptions? - This will help you track things like start dates and expiration dates.
  10. The 2 buttons at the bottom you have the options to update your credit card information without having to call into our offices or even upgrade your account.
