The 4 Permission Levels

Administrator – We call them the Admin. This is the highest permission level with full control and access. The User can see all contacts in the database as well as edit all settings in the system under the Admin Dashboard. The owner of the account will always

Super User – This is the second highest permission level. The user has full access but CANNOT edit the settings in the system under the Admin Dashboard.

Regular User – This user can only see contacts to which they have been assigned to or created themselves. Regular Users are not able to export contacts from the system. They can delete history entries and contacts from the system ONLY if they belong to them.
- Restricted User – A Restricted User only has access to see contacts that they are assigned and they are not able to delete or export any data from the system
Note: With all permission levels and account can be marked to be made available to “All Users” so that even if a Restricted User is not named as account manager they can still view the account if they need to.
