Problem: I have 2 customer status types: A-Customer & B Customer. I want to send them both the same email.
Solution:
1. Click on 'Send Email' from the Marketing dashboard.
2. Select under step 1: Custom Fields/ Customer Status/ Is / A-Customer - Search
3. Under 'Search Results' you will see that your 'Query' found a # of contacts. Click "Add Contacts To Recipients."
4. Your Step 1 Dashboard should now look like this:
6. Add this number of contacts found to the # of Recipients.
7. The Total # of recipients should have increased to included both customer types. Click Step 2 to proceed to sending your email blast.
